Kelsey Leppert is an associate attorney in the firm’s transactional division. Her practice areas include estate planning, real estate, tax law, and business law. She lives in Pella and divides her time between the Des Moines and Pella offices.
While in law school, Kelsey practiced as a student attorney in the Transactional and Nonprofit Division of the Drake Legal Clinic and worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Jerry Anderson. She served on the Drake Law Review for two years and authored “From Karen Ann Quinlan to Brittany Maynard: Advanced Health Care Directives and the Road to Aid-in-Dying Legislation in Iowa” in the Drake Law Review’s online publication Discourse. She served as President of Drake Law Women and Treasurer of the Student Bar Association.
Kelsey is a member of the American Bar Association, the Iowa Bar Association, and Polk County Women Attorneys.
