Clark Mitchell is a member in the firm’s Litigation Division. He has extensive trial experience in insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, and construction claims. He has represented a variety of contractors and builders in all aspects of construction law and has personal experience in the construction industry including contracting, framing, and carpentry, allowing him to serve the diverse needs of builders, contractors and suppliers throughout Iowa.
Clark has completed the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Polk County Bar Association, the Iowa Defense Counsel Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and is a past recipient of the Iowa State Bar Association Pro Bono Award.
Clark is married with three children. In his free time, Clark volunteers for Boy Scout Troop 182 (Waukee) and is a member of Lutheran Church of Hope.
