Andrew D. Hall is the managing member of the Grefe Sidney Litigation Division. He has practiced with Grefe & Sidney since 1990 and in that time has developed extensive experience in insurance defense matters, including automobile personal injury, construction claims, premises liability, and workers’ compensation. He represents clients in state and federal district court, appeals courts, and before the Iowa Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Andy is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates an invitation only national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right. He is also a member of the Iowa Defense Counsel Association and a graduate of the Defense Counsel Trial Academy. He is BV rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Andy is a member of the C. Edwin Moore Inn of Court and speaks to various professional groups on matters within his areas of practice, including uninsured and underinsured motorist law, bad faith litigation, and trial practice. He also serves as a member on the Foundation Board of Directors for Orchard Place, the oldest locally based charity in Des Moines.
