Zachary Hufferd is an associate attorney in the firm’s business division. His practice areas include estate planning, real estate, trusts and estates, business formation and business law.
While in law school, Zachary practiced as a student attorney in the entrepreneurial and transactional division of the Drake Legal Clinic, representing startup and nonprofit businesses in a variety of matters. Prior to law school, he gained valuable experience working in the finance and banking industries.
Zachary is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association.
